Bathtime!

This was probably the last time Marcus took a bath. He's now into taking showers because "baths are for babies". Looks to me like he's having fun....

Boys at the Beach

Tonia took the boys to the beach this morning. Looks like they had a blast!

It also looks like someone was tasting the sand.

We have bets that Barrett will be crawling by the end of the week. He's so close! Looks like the boys had a great time! Thanks Tonia!

Fishin' on Father's Day!

Mike took Marcus fishing on Sunday. He loved every minute of it, can you tell?

Barrett and I tagged along to see how many fish they would catch. Soon he will be out there too! Another tooth popped through on Friday for this little guy, that makes 2!

He's now brave enough to hold the fish by it's lip. Mike has taught him to hold it with his thumb, but in a case like this little guy, there wasn't room in its mouth for a thumb.

Every time he caught a fish, he would ask everyone if they wanted to "pet" it. When Barrett was supposed to "pet" the fish, it jumped right onto his lap. It was pretty funny!

Barrett's 9-Month Pictures

What?! 9-Months Already!

Our little Barrett boy is 9-months! He's 24lbs and 18.5 inches long. Can you believe it?! He's in size 12 months and creeping into 18 months. He's been eating more table food (such as the graham cracker in the picture) and is still rolling everywhere! He can get up on all fours, but I don't think he will be crawling very soon considering he can roll. He's a very content baby with lots of smiles and huge belly laughs at big brother Marcus. We love him to pieces!

Hi, We're the Rupp Boys...Remember us?

We've been away for awhile or should I say, just busy with two growing boys that don't stop running (or rolling in Barrett's case) with no time to sit at the computer without little fingers wanting to help type. Here's what we've been busy with....

Marcus started shaving and has become really good at it.

He loves his tractor that he received for his first birthday from Tonia and Justin. He's finally getting some miles put on this thing!

He had his first dentist appointment and thought it was "really fun, you should try it!".

And he LOVES this little guy!

Barrett has been growing like crazy! He will be 9 months on June 2! I can't believe how fast time time has gone. He's been getting up on all fours and rocks, that's about as far as he's gotten with crawling. His preferred mode of transportation is rolling. He will roll everywhere until he gets trapped in a corner. He doesn't have any teeth but has been drooling a ton the past few months.

He loves to snuggle and has been a real good sleeper.

He's got bright blue eyes and blond hair. We think he looks more like me and of course Marcus is Mike's "mini-me".

So, in a nut shell, that's what's been going on. I promise to post more often or at least before the boys graduate from high school. It's good to be back!

Warm Winter Day

I just got this picture from my daycare provider (we love her!). That's Barrett in the sled! They both love being outside and now that the weather is mild, they don't have to worry about freezing!
